Microondas: No introducir papel aluminio al microondas. En caso de daño al microondas se hará un cargo

Mascotas: No se permiten mascotas.  Sin excepción

Instalaciones y Objetos: Favor de cuidar las instalaciones de la cabaña así como todos los utensilios y objetos que se encuentren dentro de ella.  En caso de cualquier daño, avería, pérdida o ruptura, se hará un cargo  por el valor correspondiente. 

Llegada con retraso:  No se reintegran las noches perdidas.

Basura: Toda la basura de la cabaña (cocina, baños, chimnea, asador y fogata) deberá recolectarse antes de su salida y colocarse en bolsas bien cerradas en el depósito grande de basura ubicado en la cocina. 

Carbón y Leña: El carbón del asador y la leña de la chimenea y fogata se deberán depositar en el bote de basura antes de que dejen la cabaña. 

Limpieza: El asador, la estufa, trastes y cubiertos deberán ser entregados en las mismas condiciones como se recibieron:  Limpios y Completos

Será Motivo de Expulsión sin devolución de su dinero lo siguiente:
a) Música  y/o  T.V.  a alto volumen.

b) Actividades que dañen o pongan en riesgo la seguridad y tranquilidad de los vecinos.

c) Consumo inmoderado de alcohol. 

Cualquier queja por parte de los vecinos será motivo de expulsión sin reembolso

Drogas: Queda estrictamente prohibida la introducción de drogas en las instalaciones ( jardín y/o cabaña). En caso de hacerlo, se reportará a las autoridades correspondientes.

Agua: Deberá usarse el agua con moderación de esta manera se evitará su agotamiento y enfriamiento.

Edad mínima para rentar la cabaña:  24 años cumplidos. 

Accidentes: Usted deberá llevar consigo medicamentos que le puedan ser útiles en caso de dolor de cabeza, estómago, mareo, vendas, curitas, etc. No nos hacemos responsables por cualquier daño personal dentro o fuera de nuestras instalaciones (caída, fractura, piquete o mordida de los animales del campo).

Cupo: El cupo  de la cabaña es de 8 personas máximo.  Habrá un cargo por persona adicional y por noche y las personas adicionales deberán llevar sleeping bag o colchones inflables para dormir, así como su ropa de cama y toallas.

Chimenea y Fogata: El uso de la chimen iea y fogata es bajo su responsabilidad y deberá apagarse antes de dormir y antes de salir de la cabaña.  No nos hacemos responsables de cualquier daño personal.

Fogata: Sólo se puede prender la fogata en el área correspondiente del jardín y es bajo su propia responsabilidad.  En caso de cualquier daño o avería se hará un cargo  por el valor correspondiente.

Inventario: Se firmará de recibido un inventario de las cosas de la cabaña, mismo que se revisará a la salida de los huéspedes.  En caso de que se pierda o se dañe algo, se hará un cargo equivalente al valor del objeto. 

Cancelación: En caso de cancelación no habrá reembolso, únicamente se hará cambio de fecha de acuerdo a disponibilidad y la cancelación deberá hacerse 15 días de anticipación a la fecha de contratación. 

Check-In: La Entrega de la cabaña es a las 3:00 PM. No se entregará la cabaña antes de este horario al menos que esté disponible.

Check-Out: La Salida de la cabaña es a la 1:00 PM En caso de retraso se hará un cargo adicional por  el equivalente al tiempo excedido. 

Microwave:Don’t introduce aluminum paper into the microwave. In case of damage, there will be a charge by the  corresponding value.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.  Without Exception 

Facilities and Objects: Please take care of the cottage facilites as well as the utensils, kitchenware and objects.  In case of damage, loss or rupture, there will be a charge by the  corresponding value.

Arrival with delay: There won’t be refund for the lost nights.

Rubbish: All the rubbish from all the cottage (kitchen, bathrooms, chimney, grill and bonfire) must be collected and  placed in closed bags inside the big garbage collector located at the kitchen. 

Coal and Firewood: Used coal and firewood must be collected inside the garbage collector before check out. 

Cleaning: The grill, stove, dishes, cutlery and kitchenware must be returned exactly as they were received by you: Clean and Complete.

The next behavior will be enough reason for expulsion from the cottage without refund:
a) Loud Stereos, cd players, ipods, tv., etc.

b) activities that damage or put in risk the security and tranquility of the neighbors.

c) Excessive alcohol consumption

Any complain from the neighbors will be enough reason for expulsion from the cottage with no refund. 

Drugs: It remains strictly prohibited the introduction of drugs in the facilities (garden and/or cottage). In case to do it, will be reported to the corresponding authorities. 

Water: Water should be used with moderation  in this manner, will be avoided its exhaustion and cooling.

Minimum age to rent  he cottage:  24 years old

Accidents: You should carry with yourself medicines  that can be useful in case of headache, stomach ache, sickness, bandages, etc. We are not responsible for any personal damage inside or outside  our installations (fall, fracture, bite or sting)

Capacity: Maximum capacity of cottage 8 people. Additional Adult will incur in a charge per person per night. Additional person must carry sleeping bag, inflatable mattresses to sleep as well as bed clothes and towels. 

Fireplace and Bonfire: The use of the Fireplace and bonfire  is under your responsibility and must be extinguished before sleeping and leaving the cottage.  In case of damage, there will be a charge by the  corresponding value.

Bonfire: The Bonfire must be turn on in the corresponding area of the garden and it’s under your responsibility.  In case of damage, there will be a charge by the  corresponding value.

Inventory: An inventory of the things of the cottage will be signed as received and will be reviewed when coming out of the guests.  In case of damage or loss, there will be a charge by the corresponding value. 

Cancellation: In case of cancellation, there won't be refund, but we can change the date according to the availability of the cottage and cancellation must be done 15 days before the agreement date. 
Check-In:  Will be at 3:00 PM.  The cottage won’t be released before this schedule unless it’s available. 

Check-Out: Will be at   1:00 PM.  In case of delay. Will become an additional charge for the exceeded time.
